Truthfully this house has been in the works for months. There is a ton of figuring, estimating, anticipating technicalities and coordinating with the rest of the team. Art Construction is a dream to work with on our side of things, their team is quick to respond and thorough. The pace has quickened in the past week: product is arriving and prep is beginning. This two million dollar river front property has been and continues to be a fun project to work on. Waterproofing and heated floor mats are getting started, phase one is well on its way.
